Payment conditions
This registration is binding. As a registrant you are personally responsible for the payment of the training (local VAT may apply). The tuition fee must be paid in full through provided invoice from Fantastic Studios Sweden AB no later than 2 weeks before scheduled course start (final payment date) to secure your seat.
If you are unable to attend, your seat may be transferred to another person of your choice at no extra cost.

Cancellation policy
In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training please submit an email request to hello (at) fantasticstudios.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
The following terms apply:
90% of total tuition fee can be refunded up to 8 weeks before scheduled course start
50% of total tuition fee can be refunded up to 4 weeks before scheduled course start
No refund will be issued with less than 2 weeks before scheduled course start
Exception is made for illness proved by a doctor’s certificate (the participant will then be refunded 90% of total tuition fee)
If you are unable to attend, your seat may be transferred to another person of your choice at no extra cost.
Cancellation by Fantastic Studios
Fantastic Studios Sweden AB reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment up to 10 business days in advance of the scheduled course start. Keep this in mind when making travel plans. You will be notified by phone or email if this is the case, at which time:
You may join a future training at no extra cost, or;
You may receive a 100% refund.
Fantastic Studios Sweden AB is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled.
If a training course is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.
