Together with Greenpeace Mobilisation Lab we started a global roll-out of Leading Creative Collaboration Trainings, resulting in an active global network of 300+ facilitators equipped with tools and processes to lead and boost the creative process inside the organization, supporting campaign teams to get more awesome ideas and ultimately to meet and overcome the great challenges that lay ahead.

Fantastic Studios was invited to host a vision process for digital creative agency Stendahls, with the intention to create a new vision for the coming 60 years. During two active days, all 100 of the Stendahls staff collectively created a shared vision to guide their strategy and inspire innovation at every level.

Fantastic studios created an evaluation process to get all the people at Toca Bocas HQ in Stockholm to work across units to map out and reflect on what had happened during the last 12 months. In times of rapid change and development there was a big need to just talk to each other and celebrate what had been accomplished. The history mapping workshop did just that.

In collaboration with Spoon Content Agency and 17 of their key clients, Fantastic Studios developed and executed an intense 5 month process called Operation Airfoil. The transformation process focused on radical innovation, tools and strategies for how to engage and spread digital content in a complex world.
